Who we are

ROZ Studio is a bespoke bridal and evening-wear atelier at Lilienblum 17, Tel Aviv, Israel. For any question about your information, email roz@rozstudio.com.

What we collect

• Details you give us: your name, phone, email, event date, style preferences, measurements, and any photos you share.
• Automatic website data: IP address, browser type, pages you view, and how you arrived at our site.
• Advertising signals: cookie and pixel identifiers set by Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google when you visit our site or interact with our ads.

Providing this information is voluntary — you are not required by law to give it — but without it we cannot serve you as a client.

How we use it

• To answer your enquiry, book your consultation, take measurements, and deliver your dress.
• To measure how our ads perform and to reach women similar to our existing clients.
• To keep the required accounting records and to keep our systems secure.

Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google

We advertise on Facebook, Instagram, and Google so brides can find us. To measure whether that advertising works, we use standard tools from these platforms:

• Pixels and server-side measurement. Our site loads measurement code from Meta and Google. To keep measurement accurate when browsers block cookies, we also send the same events from our own server. Only the event and technical identifiers are sent — no message content and no photos.
• Hashed matching. When you become a client and reach a milestone with us (for example, you book a consultation), we share with Meta and Google a scrambled, irreversibly hashed version of an identifier such as your email or phone. The platform cannot read the raw value — it only matches it against records the platform already holds, so we can see whether our ads led to real results.
• Custom and lookalike audiences. We use those hashed identifiers to build audiences that (a) exclude existing clients from our acquisition ads and (b) help the platforms find new women similar to our clients.

You control how Meta and Google use your information for ads directly in your account — on Meta under Settings → Ads, and on Google at myadcenter.google.com.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers who help us run the studio: our cloud hosting provider in Europe, our payment processor, Google Calendar for scheduling, WhatsApp for messaging you, and Meta and Google for advertising as described above. Some of these providers, including Meta and Google, are based outside Israel and may process information in the United States and other countries. We do not sell your information and we do not share it with anyone else for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep your client record for up to 7 years after your last interaction with us, to meet our tax and accounting obligations, and then delete or anonymise it. Website measurement data on our own servers is kept for up to 90 days. Data on Meta and Google is kept under their own policies, which you can control in your account there.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to:

• See what information we hold about you;
• Correct anything that's wrong;
• Delete your information (subject to records we're legally required to keep, such as invoices);
• Remove you from any advertising audience we built from our client list;
• Stop receiving marketing from us.

Children

Our services are for adults planning a wedding or formal event. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
