How to request deletion

Email us and we'll delete your information from our systems.

We'll confirm your request within 3 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What we delete

• Your client record: contact details, consultation notes, measurements, order information, and any photos you shared.
• Website measurement records on our servers.
• Your hashed identifier from any advertising audience we built on Meta or Google — this also removes you from any lookalike audience derived from it.

What we can't delete

• Records the law requires us to keep. Israeli tax and accounting law requires us to retain invoices and commercial records for up to 7 years. These are kept in restricted storage and not used for anything else.
• Information held by Meta or Google. Once data has reached those platforms, their own retention policies apply. You can control this directly under Settings → Ads on Meta and at myadcenter.google.com on Google.

If you were never a client

If you only saw or clicked our ads and want to make sure nothing lingers, email us — we'll confirm no client record exists and remove any residual measurement identifier. You can also clear cookies for our site in your browser, and adjust ad preferences on Meta and Google.
