The actual terms of your order (price, timeline, fittings, alterations, cancellation, refunds) are set out in a written order agreement you sign with us. The actual terms of a rental are set out in our written rental agreement. If anything on this website appears to conflict with your signed agreement, the signed agreement wins.
All photographs, videos, illustrations, designs, logos, and text on our website belong to ROZ Studio or are used with permission. You may share our public content on social media with credit to ROZ, but you may not copy or reuse it commercially, or use it to train an AI model, without our written consent.
If you share photos or reference images with us in a consultation, you confirm that you have the right to share them with us. We use them only to prepare and deliver your dress, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Our website links to WhatsApp, Instagram, and other services we don't operate. We aren't responsible for their content or their terms — please review each service's own terms and privacy policy.
We do our best to keep the website accurate and available, but we can't guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, ROZ Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the website itself (for example, a temporary outage).
